Naked cakes are an increasingly popular idea - what you see is what you get!  We can work with your florist to decorate the cake with fresh flowers, or just decorate it with fresh fruit and clouds of icing sugar.  These cakes will generally need to be larger than a traditional cake as there is no icing to hold them together so cutting into piddly pieces is not an option!  Great wedges of cake served with fresh berries and cream have to be a good thing!  Yum!
